21.01.2022 It’s not all in your head...

05.01.2022 Ladies in Vineyard, Windsor and surrounding Western Sydney areas, just 3 spots left in my 8-week prenatal yoga series. To include: Live journaling sessions followed by a yoga practice to connect to body and baby. My classes aren't simply about the yoga - they're about the community and remembering that it takes a village to raise a child.... It also takes a village to support a mother whose body is being challenged or whose identity is maybe changing. Motherhood is beautiful, but the process into it shouldn't be lonely.

01.01.2022 Just a reminder of what women have to hear when people pry into their private lives (i.e. their vagina). Shout-out to all my ladies feeling the struggle. Your pain is not invisible. Also, hello there. There's been major radio silence on my end with all of this transition from Pakistan to Australia.... But I'm excited to say, I (Saba) am here and still speaking to my sisters in Pakistan , in the US and now in Sydney. I'm teaching at two studios here and already love the experience!
