And she wants to give so much. This is for you. To remind you that you can't be everything to everyone. That not everyone has to like you. That you are good just the way you are. This is for you. So that you know you are worthy of being loved. Even if you choose for yourself. Especially when you choose for yourself! Because when you take good care of yourself. You are an example to others. So stop running past yourself. Listen to your desires. Do what makes you happy. So that fire will start burning again. Deep inside it's still there. That flame. That joy of life. You only have to breathe new life into it.

There are many reasons and having some clarity around that helps! Don't be afraid to dig deeper to reasons that are unique to you. Something that can be helpful is to do the following: The reason I like this work is _____________ I like this because _______________ I do this because _______________ Step 2: Now that you know your "whys", what are your intentions? There may be some overlap from the "why" section. It could be to change the world by making an impact. Or perhaps you want to create your own freedom. What's helpful is having clarity around your intentions! Step 3: Continue to refine these two lists over time. As you complete new projects or assignments, you might be surprised to find more reasons for why you do what you do.
