Yes it is / can be hard to approach someone who is living with mental & emotional health issues, but just for one second put yourself in that persons shoes. ... If you think it may be hard... how on earth must they be feeling?! We need to look out for each other everyday, care for not only ourselves but the people around us. You may never know the impact you might have on someone’s day .. heck even their life, just by simply asking... Hey HOW ARE YOU REALLY DOING ? Or simply smile, be polite and help spread positivity and good vibes. You don’t know what someone else might be going through and your actions towards them can have a huge impact on their life. So why not try make that impact one for the better.
