24.01.2022 Miss Kylie and Miss Lisa-Marie worked hard today finishing their learning environments. Some of the children have been taking a peek and I can't wait to see how these areas will be utilised.

23.01.2022 Here at Rising Stars Redbank, we are proud of Chef Shaun and the wonderful meals he provides to the children. At times we have some extra meals that go uneaten. As we don't want to waste them, we have decided to offer the meals for our parents. Whenever we have meals available, a post will be placed letting everyone know how many we have.

22.01.2022 Miss Jacqui has been observing her Toddler 2 children becoming more independent and acknowledging that they are capable of doing many things independently. To support these milestones, the children have been encouraged to complete daily routine tasks with little, if any, support. These amazing children are as young as 21 months old. The children are unable to reach the soap dispenser with both hands, due to their current height. This has not stopped the children from completing this task, they have worked out how to do it on their own. Step 1: Push the button with one hand, while standing on tiptoes. Step 2: Allow the squirt of soap to land on the bench, before using one hand to swipe it up and begin scrubbing together both hands. Step 3: Rinse the soap off in the water, before drying hands with paper towel and then disposing in the bin.

20.01.2022 WHO'S GETTING EXCITED!! our Open Day is this Saturday!!! We can not wait to see you all there! A list of stalls will be sent out soon There will be a lucky door prize and our raffle will also be drawn on Saturday! So don't forget your raffle tickets!!

20.01.2022 To help kick off the New Year, Miss Christiana made traffic light smoothies for all the children, using Watermelon, Rockmelon, Honeydew Melon, Bananas, Vanilla Yogurt and a little Tropical Juice.

18.01.2022 Today the Senior Kindy class had a visit from Ella-Marie's budgie Kevin (Kev or Kevie depending on the time of asking what the bird's name is). Miss Lisa-Marie was able to answer all the children's questions and was even able to encourage some of the children to allow the bird to perch on their shoulder. 17.01.2022 Today we said goodbye to Miss Sharon. Our team of dedicated educators organised a crazy hair day to wish Sharon all the best in her next adventure. We understand that connections we make with the children are vital to their development but we also know that changes allow children to develop resilience. We are going to continue the children's relationship with Sharon by having her write to us regularly and share her new journey. Goodbye for now, we will miss you Miss Sharon xxx

13.01.2022 Miss Kylie's husband Daniel has been hard at work building this amazing up-cycled kitchen, out of pallets for our Senior Kindy children. We thank him immensely for taking the time to do this for us, it's truly a piece of art!!

13.01.2022 We may only be closed for the Public Holidays, but many families are taking this time to have a few weeks holiday (please take lots of photos to share with us on your return). We all wish you a Merry Christmas, we hope you stay safe and have a wonderful holiday. To those families that have to return to work, after the man in red has left, we will see you next week!

12.01.2022 I wanted to thank the 60 families that attended the Children's Christmas Party tonight. We all hope you enjoyed spending time with us! I also wanted to thank our wonderful Educators for organising some fun activities, decorating their rooms and preparing the sausage sizzle. Hope you all have a great weekend
