What am I telling people?

Dr Rob Long; ...this is how the bureaucracy and silly things multiply, until in the end, they despair and think "We're losing so much in productivity, innovation and creativity in our organisation"; it's just an embuggerance on productivity now. that they all have no meaning, and no-one is empowered to take them away!
