19.01.2022 Nothing like spending time with my little girl. Today we went & got her ears pierced for the second time. She’d been asking for this for 6 months & we felt that she deserved it after all the hard work she’s put in at school this year. She’s so level headed that this request surprised me a little, but seeing the smile on her face when she caught her reflection in the mirror with the new #earbling ...that’s priceless

15.01.2022 Look at that face. I REALLY didn’t feel like going to the gym this morning. I wanted to stay in bed & sleep all day after a hugely busy weekend, but the alarm woke me at 5am & I pushed myself to get up & do my #miraclemorning ritual which consists of Silent meditation & breathing, Affirmations, Visualisation, Exercise, Reading (personal development) & Scribing (gratitude journal). The acronym for this ritual is S.A.V.E.R.S and without Exercise, it wouldn’t have been complete. Thanks to my OCD brain that forced me to put on my workout clothes & knock out the ‘E’ in my ritual. I felt amazing after the gym session The Miracle Morning has helped me to organise myself & fit so much more into my day. Thanks @hal_elrod you’re a bloody legend!

05.01.2022 This is my boy, Ash. As you can see, he has a big smile on his face today! Why? Because for 4 years he has put up with sizeable wart clusters on his right foot, it was getting uncomfortable to wear his school shoes.... 4 attempts at freezing them off at the GP & they just seemed to get bigger & sprout more heads. Last time the Doc told us he wouldn’t freeze them again, it clearly wasn’t working. He said when Ash’s immune system got stronger, the warts would heal on their own.
