10.01.2022 Welcome back to Ritchies Friday Cocktail session. As it's national Tequila Day today we are making an all time classic cocktail The Margarita. You'll need the following: - 45ML Patron Silver - 30ML lime juice - 15ML Triple Sec - 10ML sugar syrup ... - Garnish: Lime wedge & salt Chill your glass (the easiest way is to fill it with ice), Put lots of ice and all of the ingredients into a shaker, then shake hard for about 30 seconds to chill the liquid really well. Run a lime wedge around the outside of the rim of your glass before rolling the rim in salt. Double strain the mix into the glass and garnish. Tonight, I'll be enjoying a Woodford Reserve Old Fashioned, it's simple to make and very tasty. Add 50ml Woodford Reserve, 10ml of sugar syrup, 3 dashes of bitters and an orange twist to a mixing glass. Stir for 30-40 seconds and strain in to an Old Fashioned glass.
