23.01.2022 What a great effort today from Dhanika who passed her driving test on the first attempt. This was a mammoth effort as she has done it all on her own, with no help from family or friends to provide her with a vehicle for practice. On her own, she managed to get a logbook exemption for hours, due to her situation, but she really applied herself and absolutely nailed it in her test. Well done to you young lady. You are a battler, and a survivor. You will do well for yourself wit...h that attitude. Thank you for choosing Rite Road Driver Training, and enjoy the freedom you now have. 22.01.2022 The first licence attempt for 2021, and the first success. Malachi blitzed his practical driving test, despite the test day nerves, and will now reap the rewards and freedoms that come with having his licence. Well done mate, and thanks for choosing Rite Road Driver Training.

22.01.2022 A big congratulations today on an excellent effort from two students who passed their driving tests on their first attempt. Both passed with flying colours. Gabby (pictured) will now be set for her planned trip, and Simone will now be able to take her children to their appointments without relying on friends and family. An excellent result from you both. 22.01.2022 Just in time for Christmas, Isa was one of four who passed their driving tests in the past few days. Not content with just passing, she did it with a perfect score. Well done Isa. Congratulations also go to Tyler and Nathan, who also got perfect scores. Congratulations to you both, and good luck with your future efforts. Another HUGE winner this week was Angela who overcame really bad nervousness, and also passed first go with only a couple of VERY minor errors.... 16.01.2022 Hi everyone. Just letting everyone know that I will be taking a break over Christmas/New Year to recharge my batteries (and do all the jobs round the house that She Who Must Be Obeyed has lined up for me). I will still be doing booked lessons and tests during this time, and I will be back in action on 18 January 2021. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has supported Rite Road Driver Training throughout what has been a difficult year.... It is a real pleasure to see the joy on the faces of those who are successful in their driving tests. Well done to you all. Wishing you all a very merry Christmas, and a happy and healthy New Year. 15.01.2022 Wow! The little cars have been busy lately. As well as lessons, we've had 16 people go for their driving licence tests in the past two weeks. Of those 16, only one didn't get through on their first attempt, and that was mainly due to language barrier problems.... It has certainly been an international two weeks. We've had students from Myanmar, Tunisia, Columbia, the Phillipines, Malaysia, India, as well as Australia. For one student, we even had to get an internet website that converted typed instructions to verbal instructions in their own language. A huge congratulations to all those who got their licences. We do all we can to ensure your success, and thanks for choosing Rite Road Driver Training. Your efforts are much appreciated. Our apologies that we couldn't post pictures of all, but time just didn't allow.

11.01.2022 Who has right of way at intersections seems to be puzzling a lot of drivers. To overcome this, everyone should have a quick look at these sites and learn who has right of way. It could make the difference between passing your driving test or having to come back and try again.... For existing drivers, it never hurts to refresh your memory on who gives way to who. 09.01.2022 What a great effort from Braydan today. Not only did he pass his driving test on his first attempt, but he got through with a completely clean sheet! Not one mark against him. After the disappointment of missing out on his first test date because his logbook hadn't been approved, we managed to find him a cancellation booking before he headed off to sea again. Not only did he overcome this, but he took all advice and instruction on board and passed his test with a clean sheet. Not even one minor error!... Well done mate. 03.01.2022 Another five licence tests this week, and another five passes on the first attempt. These included some with learning disabilities, and some who had limited driving hours due to personal circumstances. Well done to you all. I wish I could put everyone on here, but this week time was so tight that I didn't have time to get photos.... Today's successful new licence holder is Lyrzhyn who blitzed her test with a near perfect score. Congratulations Lyrzhyn. An excellent effort. 02.01.2022 What a great birthday present for Caitlyn, and what a great effort. Not only did she pass her driving test first time, but she did it in a manual transmission car. A major milestone for her, as well as being a huge lifestyle change for both her and her parents. No more relying on lifts everywhere. Well done Caitlyn.
