24.01.2022 A weekend exploring Mudgee Had no idea how beautiful it was and how amazing the wineries were. We finished the day off at Lowe Wines which was such a nice winery. Definitely think I’ll be back to Mudgee as there are so many cute cellar doors to check out.... Has anyone else been to Mudgee? Which wineries did you visit? 21.01.2022 Connections and Collaborations Forming meaningful partnerships and collaborating with other brands can not only help your business grow, but it can also help you to connect with others and build your professional community. If you're considering collaborating with a brand, here are three tips to consider: ... Make sure there is brand alignment. Is this a brand you want to be associated with? Does it elevate your brand and/or help build your brand’s reputation? Does the brand share a similar audience? To really make the most of the partnership, you want to look for brand opportunities that have a similar target audience, which can easily see value and relevance with your brand and product offering. Make sure you do your homework when crafting your list to ensure there is the right audience fit. Have a pretty solid idea of what the partnership will entail so when you reach out you can clearly communicate the benefit to the other party. If they’re interested, they may ask you to send through a more detailed proposal, so make sure you have this ready or close to it so you don’t lose momentum and can keep the conversation moving in the right direction. 18.01.2022 You know when you keep seeing the same thing show up in your life? It's like the Universe is telling you something, giving you a sign. This was the case for my latest read, Atomic Habits, by James Clear. I kept hearing and seeing this book which got me very intrigued! And I'd have to say this book delivers! It's a deep dive into human psyche, exploring habit creation and how to create good habits and ditch bad habits - although as James' highlights there are no such thing a...s good or bad habits, it's the relationship you have with the habit that matters.
