Valued at $40 per person, it is well worth the investment for what you get in your individual report.... A reminder that these scans are included for Gold members as part of their nutrition package. Masks are still mandatory and it is your responsibility to supply your own mask. Please respect that we can't grant you access to the gym without a mask. ... Please pay extra attention to cleaning before and after using equipment. Due to restrictions for one person per 4m2, all boxing classes will now be Tabata classes.
