21.01.2022 In October of 2019, River City completed a 2 stage project at Sunshine Coast Day Surgery. The project was spread over almost 12 months from initial stage 1 pre-production to final stage 2 site completion. We supplied & installed various joinery items, including front reception, upholstered bench seating in waiting area, utilities, storage, office workstations, lockers and a full staff kitchen, providing a clean and and modern looking facility for staff and visitors. 16.01.2022 Progress update on our Brisbane Musculoskeletal Medicine Clinic project, located in Taringa. Last week the team completed the plumbing rough in, plastering, ele...ctrical alterations including new dimmable LED downlights, new carpet and vinyl flooring were laid. This week the final touches are currently underway ready for handover as painting is finished, the plumbing fit off, along with installation of a glass partition and joinery. 15.01.2022 We are excited to share that RAW Commercial Projects have recently been appointed to complete works for Emerson at two of their locations, Eagle Farm and Murarr...ie. With their decades of technology and engineering expertise, Emerson are passionate about solving some of the worlds most complex challenges with innovative solutions for customers in the industrial, commercial and residential markets. First to commence will be Murarrie, starting in August, this project will include alterations to the existing office space, including new workstations, kitchen modifications, a new office and a specific training area. Following close behind will be their Eagle Farm location, kicking off early September, this will see the full refurbishment of a 1000m2 office space situated along Kingsford Smith Drive, including a total new fit out, furniture, training rooms, amenities upgrades, new PWD facilities and staff kitchens. 04.01.2022 In March of 2020 we completed a project to supply and install some impressive looking decorative paneling to the facility at 444 Logan Road. Working with RAW Commercial Projects (who supplied the photos) we undertook the challenging job and all involved were ecstatic with the finished product. 02.01.2022 DSI UNDERGROUND PROJECT COMPLETE Finishing up last week, the team have completely transformed this 600m2 blank canvas to become DSI Underground's new Queensl...and head office based in Narangba. Completing the project from start to finish, we designed and constructed this fitout, which included: - Kitchens - Compliant Bathrooms - Staircase Compliance Works - Staff office space and spare space upstairs - Meeting Rooms - Complete Air Conditioning System - Lighting and Ceilings With the due date set for the end of June, we are proud to have completed handover to the client on time and on budget.
