14.01.2022 The entire time I've owned Charlotte the Blitz I've shamelessly put off rebuilding the diffs, even though the thought of how long they'll last in unknown condition (suspect factory given the factory-style lockwiring) with the punishment I dish out to them (bigger engine coupled with speeds they were never, EVER designed for) has constantly been on my mind. After dodging the bullet past two engines, two gearboxes, a transfer case, new wiring, new brakes, a few uni joints and s...ome heavy modifications to the tray, old Charlotte has made the decision for me. What you see sitting in the front diff cover plate is an outboard pinion bearing.
