14.01.2022 Thanks to all for your support at the august market, with the bridge closed i thought business would be slow "but this wasnt the case", a ferry going to and fro from barham provided a river crossing to get the happy shoppers across. I cooked a roast spit this week which was a great success and received many compliments when offering samples to the shoppers so i will make this a regular inclusion. Again thanks to all and remember "nothing beats beef".
13.01.2022 To all our valued customers, we thank u for your support over the last year, we are sorry for the markets we have not been able to attend but as this is our first year we have to change our breeding pattern to stagger births across the year, this is not a simple task and we will not see the results for another year due to the cows having 1 calf and a 9 month gestation period before being able to be re-joined. The responce from our customers has been uplifting and give us pride in being able to supply young, fresh, lean, grass fed beef. so we look forward to your support over the next year and remember "if your hungry and need a break, try a river redgum steak".
08.01.2022 Nothing beats beef in winter.
08.01.2022 a few extra numbers in the calf shed
07.01.2022 Just a quick post to let everyone know we are still going but upon purchasing the long paddock food store we have had to shuffle our lives around and have been short on time to spend on our beef operation. In the near future we are hoping through the produce side of the shop to supply a quarterly paddock to plate fill a freezer outlet, this will supply grass fed, chemical free, free range meat with planes also to supply local grown pork and lamb through the outlet as well.
05.01.2022 sorry but we will not be able to attend the july market due to a issue with the beast getting culled, thanking you for your support and i will see you at the next market.
02.01.2022 Two pens of Angus off too a new home.
