20.01.2022 TRANSFORMATION Video... 6 months ago Nathan and I took on the Ballina Centrepoint Motel and transformed it in to the River Street Motel. Many people have asked to see some before and after photos so here they are! Renovations included replacement of all; Air Conditioning units, beds and linens. A number of bathrooms were completely renovated and the remainder were partly renovated, some new carpet, curtains and furniture, cleaning (everything and lots of it!), painting (agai...n lots of it), gardening, decorating and much more behind the scenes including a brand new Property Management System. If you've ever heard a bad story about the old Centrepoint Motel and would like to see the improvements for yourself please come down anytime and take a look at us now!
