13.01.2022 The team at River Valley are enjoying a weeks break after a busy 5 months since opening our community opp shop. Over the break,we have been fine tuning our stock, sorting into sizes and putting together a good range of half price items ready to reopen next Tuesday. Our new signage looks fabulous... We look forward to seeing you all in the new term. As well as opening the opp shop again on Tuesday , the community centres regular programmes will resume. Free fresh bread, our free lunch in the reserve over the highway( or in the centre if it's wet) and hot coffee and tea any time. Come in for a chat or just to keep warm. See you soon and keep safe.

10.01.2022 Hi all, it's been a while since we posted so here's an update. Winter has seen things slow down somewhat but with the onset of spring comes a change not only in the weather but in our current stock. We've started hanging some great spring clothing and have started reducing the price on a huge range of our "warmer" wear. We continue to look for donations of good quality men's, women's and children's wear so when you start that planned spring clean, give us at the River Valley Opp shop a thought. Our community centre has a rack of free warm coats and jumpers as well as scarves and beanies for those in the community who need to keep warm. Come in for a free coffee, chat and stay for a browse in the opp shop next door. See you soon.

08.01.2022 The opp shop at Millgrove continues to thrive with changes taking place all the time. Our new signs are up and look great. A big thanks to Nick Love from Glenbrae Signs for organising them for us. Letting you know that we are closed the FIRST week of the school holidays. Back open the second week with our usual hours of 10am - 2pm. Lots of bargains with a huge half price rack of great quality clothing .
