Here is a pic from one of the biggest comps in Tasmania, the St Helens Game Fishing Classic. Lachie (14) was lucky enough to take out the heaviest shark overall beating everyone (including adults) catching this Mako @ 185 kg cleaned on a 1000lb Shogun Shark Trace and also on the new Shogun 37 kg IGFA Line. 05.01.2022 Here is a quick report from Team 4 PLAY using the SHOGUN IGFA GREEN LINE... Here is a butterfly mackerel which my son Lachie caught in the first game fishing comp in Tasmania for the 2018/19 game fishing season. The fish weighted 34kgs and was just a few kgs short of all Tackle world record which is 41 kg. Lachie received a Tasmania record smashing the old record by 31kgs. This fish was caught on the new 15 kg Shogun line which we think is one of, if not the best line we h...ave used. The line had to be sent away for testing and it past everything with flying colours.
