It was an exciting week that saw the unveiling of the new berry dessert at @sault_daylesford featuring @riverbendblueberries. Be sure to book your table where you can enjoy this, among other gorgeous dishes, summery cocktails and views over their lavender fields ... The first batch of blueberries were enjoyed across the Macedon Ranges via @macedonrangesproduce as they commenced their deliveries for the new year. Ensure your produce orders are in by Wednesday for Friday’s delivery run And of course, I’m so grateful to have the support of @blakefamilygrocers in Daylesford who stock River Bend Blueberries and are open 7 days a week for you to pick up a punnet

11.04.2022 One acre under nets thanks to @environet_canopies If you’ve been following along this year, you’ll know that this was a big step in our farm restoration journey. While we are only a small scale family farm, the decision to install permanent nets has been well worth it. It’s stopped the bird damage to the fruit, plant damage and loss of fruit buds caused by the temporary nets we previously had to use and given us the ability to mow during summer to reduce the snake risk and maintenance at the end of the season. Definitely feeling like this was a good investment in the future of River Bend Blueberries.
