25.01.2022 Fresh in from the boys at fins seafood. Shark Bay Goldband snapper and Pink snapper. Caught on the Ada Clara boat Skippered by a bloke named Jonah. These line caught snappers are some of the best eating fish along the WA coast with mild to sweet flavours the Goldband is firm and flaky, whilst the Pink is soft and flaky, best battered or grilled. On special at the moment $14 a peice add chips and 375ml can for $1.00. Support local industries and eat West.

Also the boats don't want to head out as its not feasible in this environment. We are trying our best to keep food fresh and local. 13.01.2022 We peel our prawns by hand everyday so you can taste the freshness. We choose to do this because there is no additives or chemicals in prawns still in there shell the flavour is sweeter and the meat is firmer. Tonight we have Queensland Banana prawns and Shark Bay Tiger prawns. We also have Shark Bay Pink snapper line caught on the Ada Clara; Extra-large greenshell Mussels from New Zealand; and new in Oysters from the pristine waters of Japan.

06.01.2022 After searching far and wide we have finally found it! Wildcaught Barramundi; sweet and buttery flavour, moist and meaty texture with large flakes. Caught in the pristine waters of Nothern Territory on the LaLand II vessel wildcaught barramundi gives a different flavour to farmed barramundi. Available tomorrow night....
