Todays Inner Journey is Completely different I sat down with Katka I shared a fair amount of my story It was so good having Katka as the person listening. Also she spoke to her story.There is also that Sublime Music i always talk about. Live streaming 2ncr.org.au/stream The tragedy of living and the possible more conscious awakening that might come out of that. I consider we must consider setting intentions whic...h create insight. To challenge our own set boundaries may give us some self reflection awareness of who we are. Living can be tragic and filled with drama but there in the midst of all there is a light that can shine on you to surrender and therefore more knowing of what's required. If we never had any of those moments which are like involuntary introspections. We might be resisting but they may be giving us the opportunity to say Yes to something else. Most music and drama has these moments of dark and light and that is why we as audience recognise something in the performance which is connected to our very own being because after all we are human. Hope it resonates with you. I have reached out to lots of people to tell their Inner Journey. I have tried my best to create that sacred space for the to...tality of who we are to emerge. It is also an opportunity for self reflection and awareness. I think its fair to say that we all recognised that there was a deepening of understanding of who we are through that. Our pain and suffering that we all experienced also was an opportunity to feel and with that sometimes emotions arrived when we told our story. Even one event may have informed how we respond to this very day. Sometimes we don’t see the gold in our emotions and the growth that may come if they are set free to be. I say don’t ex-communicate any aspect of your being and mostly we had a habit of doing that to conform to our conditioning which was sadly male dominated to our own detriment. I am a male and sometimes I cry, and in that there is an open, surrendered heart. There is also openness to more possibilities of being away from old rigid patterns which just held us back. Here is some awareness for all to see. We must do the Inner work for a better world, for more caring empathy and to recognise our own essence, humanity. We are the earth and the water and are all one. To say that is only part of the story how are we going to embody that ?When someone is holding you at arms length in obvious separation, it feels so... painful. When we were children there was a natural connection and caring, no separation, and as we got older we took on these issues or games that we played in order to survive, and so how important to realise sometimes we are just in old survival mode that no longer works. So i think we must become more conscious of what is driving us because that’s what is driving Mother Earth in this case not in a good direction. Live streaming 2ncr.org.au/stream Please Consider If we can’t cooperate we can’t achieve much and mother earth, like us, is uncared for. The main reason for not being in unity is we are often locked into our own learned behaviours which sometimes has us clutching to the addiction of just more drama. It’s all about that pers...on over there who has the power, and in that moment we have become a powerless victim. This is not actually true. In this place we need to consider our own focus that will make us conscious of what it is that we truly need, which maybe is just to be Loved. If we become self aware through all the adversity of our own Lives, those moments are where the growth occurs. A solution for a better world. If we tell our own stories to each other there is insight, and if we listen we can see the humanity in each other, sometimes feeling the pain of how another has been treated by fellow humans. Our feelings have been trashed but we can make our way back to those golden moments of our youth. See more
