25.01.2022 Great feedback from owner of this Izuzu Dmax. Now a much more pleasant and faster drive to the races in Melbourne. Our towing tune now helping reduce gear changes, improve fuel economy and maintain speed on hills.

25.01.2022 Claas Lexion 740 with a CAT C13 now running custom Agri Tune software with +60hp and a flatter torque curve will see big gains in productivity.

24.01.2022 CAT CT610 with Navistar Maxxforce 13 now running smoother. A popular engine in the US, but very troublesome with the ealier models EGR system causing issues. Mack Granite & Trident with Volvo MP8 tuned for more torque and pull up hills, reduced engine temps and better fuel economy.

23.01.2022 JD 9560 13.5l Tier 4 remapped for extra torque and removal of DPF filter. Now filling bucket quicker and no DPF derate codes.

19.01.2022 Another JD 7760 about to tear into a bumper cotton harvest running our agri tune ecu software to maximise productivity. We see great results on these machines with the extra power/torque helping maintain ground speed when baling and in wet conditions, also reduced fuel usage of at least 10L/hr

19.01.2022 Ag spraying contractor now benefiting from custom ECU remaps to his Mercedes Benz Atego 1626 and Toyota 79 series. Atego is running a 7.2L benz and was really underpowered and unresponsive. Its now much more responsive in the paddock and on the road between jobs. 79 series now benefiting from the extra torque with better fuel usage and less gear changes.

18.01.2022 Case Steiger 550 now up two gears pulling K-tec 1233 bucket and pulling through down low in rpm.

18.01.2022 John Deere S680 with Shelbourne 42' stripper now benefiting from more capacity with engine speed and machine speed not slowing down. Pre Tune: Dropping below 2100rpm 11km/hr fuel usage 7.4 L/Ha Tuned: Holding 2200rpm 13km/hr fuel down to 5.8 L/Ha

17.01.2022 Old JD9300 now pulling Auseeder DBS-300 40ft bar much easier in some tight country. Also using less fuel, running a higher gear with reduced engine rpm. Totally different machine.

17.01.2022 Seeing BIG improvements in the JD 9R Tier 2 with our custom software targeting bottom end torque and pulling power. Even noticed a change in engine note at startup with this 9470R. pre tune had a slight missfire, its now running smoother. Pulling out of a sandpit loaded was dropping down to 12th gear. Tuned its staying in 16th-18th. A lot less gear changes as it will now pull through. Owner cant believe the difference. Now for a bit more weight to get the power to the ground.

17.01.2022 Case Magnum 290 now tuned and working a lot more efficiently on a 8m mulcher in Corn stubble. Down 15% engine load and 8-10 L/hr.

16.01.2022 Korvan 4012 grape harvester running John Deere 6.8l Tier 3 engine. Now running 8 degrees cooler with EGR delete, allowing removal of troublesome EGR cooler and longer service life of VGT turbo.

16.01.2022 After some recent R & D we are now able to remap John Deere 9R Tier 2 machines, which previously couldnt be done. This 9470R pulling tandem 14ft HB buckets is now up 2 gears when loading.

12.01.2022 We have just completed a full engine rebuild and tune on this John Deere 9460R 13.5L. Deep ripping with 3 tynes @ 800mm for almond development it's now improved from.. PRE TUNE: 10th gear at 8km/hr @2000rpm with nothing left..... TUNED: 12th gear at 10km/hr @1800rpm. Owner very happy with his machine now working so much easier and production increase of around 2ha/day.
