From Monday the 6th April our Retail Show Room will be closed to retail customers, for the foreseeable future. ... There will be a staff member in store Monday to Friday from 9 am until 4pm. You can contact us during those hours by phone, email or PM us on Face book and we will do whatever we can to assist you. Snow Season 2020. Behind the scenes we will be preparing for a normal or at least shortened season to comply with whatever restrictions are in place this winter. We will keep you updated as soon as we receive concrete accurate news from our Snow sports Australia Governing body and our Fantastic Aussie Ski Resorts. We are busy in store preparing all our Snow Hire Equipment and working on new business methods such as, . Online bookings and payments for hire. Private in store and home fit outs. And other policies to comply with social distancing restrictions.. We will do our best to deal with whatever the winter throws our way. So for now stay safe, isolate and snow dance. 15.01.2022 Snow to low levels, strong winds and colder weather is predicted over the Snowy Mountains, over the next few days, please take care if driving and visiting the ...area. All 2WD vehicles will need to carry snow chains between the June and October long weekends on the following roads: -Kosciuszko Road from the park boundary at Thredbo River (onto Perisher Valley). -Alpine Way between Thredbo and Tom Groggin. Island Bend/Guthega Road for its full length Snow chains are also recommended on Alpine Way between Jindabyne and Thredbo, and on Snowy Mountains Highway. The road from Khancoban to Cabramurra and many of Kosciuszko National Park's minor roads are closed in winter. While snow chains are not compulsory for 4WD and AWD vehicles, it's recommended you carry them during winter, especially if you're not used to driving on alpine roads affected by snow and ice.
