23.01.2022 We have 2 pages to highlight this week. What we love about these businesses is they prove that anyone can have a successful facebook presence, you just have to know your brand and find your voice. . First up: River Murray Towing. This is a business that clearly love what they do and their pride in their work comes through in every post. They remember to take photos when they are out on jobs!!! They have a strong focus on safety and balance original content with relevant reposts. . Second up: Warburtons Butchers Renmark. Another excellent page that posts regular, highly relevant content. They combine their products with recipes, which their customers love, they advertise their weekly specials and take pride in being a small local business, making reference to being parents and members of the community.

First up is BIG4 Renmark Riverfront. With almost 16,500 followers, they post consistently relevant content. They involve their followers by posting photos and reviews, offer specials and share posts from other Riverland businesses, creating a strong feeling of community. Nice work

08.01.2022 Today is World Environment Day. From a marketing and business perspective it's a great opportunity to fly your green flag, if you have one. Although it might sound like it, this is not a cynical exercise. Presumably you have a green flag in the first place because you are passionate about the issue and World Environment Day is the perfect excuse to jump on your recycled soap box . This year the theme is Air Pollution. According to the World Health Organisation only 12 per cent of cities have air quality that meet its basic standards. So from a personal perspective, this is a fantastic day to step outside and breathe in the clear, unpolluted Riverland air and reflect on how lucky we are to live in a place where we can take the air we breathe for granted.
