20.01.2022 A reminder to everyone that now is not the time to be complacent. Let's make sure we get to the Grand Finals!

19.01.2022 In our commitment to keeping our PDNA members safe, we have created a contactless way to record attendance at Netball. Collecting this information will make co...ntact tracing more efficient, if it becomes necessary. Details are stored confidentially and securely for 28 days. PDNA will fully cooperate with NSW Health if contacted in relation to a positive case of COVID-19. Who is it for? All PDNA members (and their families) who attend the courts are encouraged to sign in. This includes PDNA Executive, Players, Team Officials, Club Officials, Umpires, Volunteers for Canteen & Control and of course Spectators. Which is, EVERYONE. We also encourage you to use the code for training nights. How does it work? A QR code is just like a barcode, with information that can be read by a smart phone camera. It provides a hygienic, contactless way of signing in to a venue. Checking in with a QR code 1. When a member arrives at the venue, they hover their phone camera over the code 2. The smartphone reads the code and goes to our sign in page. 3. When the check in is complete, we have a collection of member records we can share with NSW Health. iPhone & Android Users iPhone users already have an inbuilt feature on their phone which automatically reads a QR Code. Android users must use a QR scanning app to sign in on arrival eg. Google Lens, which is a free download from the Google Play Store. Please have your phone able to scan the code prior to attending the courts. Do I have to scan the code? We strongly encourage you to let us know you are present at the courts so that Health NSW can contact you should the need arise. Do I have to scan the code if I stand outside a POD? Yes please Do I have to scan the code if I don’t get out of my car? No. The code is only for people who interact with others Do I have to scan the code each time I attend if I come a couple of times each week? We strongly encourage you to scan the code every time you attend the Jamison Park Netball Complex. Are these records provided to anyone else? The records will be kept securely on file at PDNA. They are purely for Health NSW to complete contact tracing should the need arise and will not be used for any other means.
