22.01.2022 OPENING NIGHT DETAILS OCTOBER 31ST Tickets will be at the gate as per previous seasons, drivers and crew will be signed in throughout the afternoon and the allowed number of spectators left to meet 1000 will be allowed in. This will work as a 'first in best dressed' system.... Security and Covid Marshall's will be onsite all night, please respect them doing their job. Riverland speedway encourages and supports the recommendations in place such as 1.5m social distancing, sanitizing and general health wellbeing. Sanitizer will be on site entrances, canteens, bar and toilet facilities, we ask you use these where possible. DRIVERS- Sign in: 2 - 4.30pm Scruitneering: 2 - 4.45pm Drivers breifing: 5.15pm Parade: 5.45pm Racing: 6pm sign in held at container at entrance, cash & card available. For drivers and crew travelling with children required to be a spectator we ask you to work with us to get them a spectator ticket when you sign in please. 19.01.2022 JANUARY 2 POSTPONED the Riverland speedway committee has decided to postpone our Jan 2 event hopefully to run on April 17, this is due to such a high demand by tracks on the drivers, we were in agreeance that we wont get the support we would require after such a busy Christmas period on the drivers and families We thank everyone for the support in a trying year for all, we also wish everyone a safe and merry christmas and new year

Due to work load on our committee we will have NO prepaid tickets, tickets will be at the gate as per previous seasons, drivers and crew will be signed in throughout the afternoon and the allowed number of spectators left to meet 1000 will be allowed in. This will work as a 'first in best dressed' system as our committee already has a lot to do. Security and Covid Marshall's will be onsite all night, please respect them doing their job. 06.01.2022 TOMORROWS RACEDAY all set to go after a huge day in preparation from the volunteers and our amazing speedway business supporters, a huge thankyou to Daniel from Highworks for assisting Anton & Jackson of Delta J Electrical to install some new pit lighting and fix up some of the lighting on track. Also as always we thank Riverland Fire & safety for keeping our extinguishers up to date, Print DNA for sorting our programs this week and Paul & Kristy from Riverland pest managem...ent for giving our premises the all clear from bugs.
