30.04.2022 The Riverland Yoga Studio under my management is set to close on the 31st May. What a bittersweet time in my life. The studio has helped me be apart of this community in a way I couldn't have imagined. Thanks for trusting me and coming on the journey with me. The bus is being prepared for departure from the Riverland and our little tribe sets off on an epic adventure. With this in mind I want to make sure you have everything you need to keep practicing yoga at home. So Ill be putting in one last order for mats, bolsters, blocks and anything else you can want or imagine. Please send me a personal message or comment below Order will be placed Monday/Tuesday

21.04.2022 Hi Everyone, It’s been awhile since I’ve updated on social media So I thought I’d jump on quick and let you know what’s happening. ... I have a limited amount of classes left till the end of the month and Riverland Yoga turns into travelling Yoga? Or who knows what? I am currently teaching one class a week Wednesday the 19th Monday the 24th will be my last classes at the moment

11.03.2022 Our home practice has looked a lot like this Just barely being on the mat. Me and my little cherubs have been quite sick for almost two weeks now and so again I have to cancel classes this week. I’m so sorry as I love teaching to you all But just a reminder that Nicole Afford from Pilates in Waikerie is running a Pilates class Thursday morning at 915 for mums and you can bring your little ones. Though please book in with her each week to control numbers in the studio.... She has also been running a evening class for all ages and experiences at 615 each Thursday evening. So you don’t have to miss out on core strength and stretching this week. Nicole is a physiotherapist so she can do private consults too. Get in touch with her
