02.01.2022 It is with great sadness that we announce the loss of our beloved husband, father, poppy and friend, Garth Thompson. He will be in our hearts and thoughts forever. I would like to take this time to sincerely thank those who have sent cards, flowers, messages and popped into see us. It has meant a lot to me and my family as we mourn the loss of my husband and best friend.... I apologise for not respond to each of you personally, but please know that each note has given me comfort at this difficult time. On Monday 7th September we farewelled Garth, he would have been happy at the end when we all said cheers with a Great Northern!! We will endeavour to organise a date in the near future where we can all come together and celebrate a great man and have a beer.
