23.01.2022 Dear Murchison Community, My name is Kylie Robinson & I am currently studying my Bachelor of Midwifery at Australian Catholic University. (ACU/2nd year). I ho...pe don't mind me sharing on here, however as the flyer below states - I am currently looking for women, who would allow me the privilege to be an extra support person along side their family/friends and health care professional during their pregnancy, birth and postnatal journey. I'm particularly sharing to the Murchison Community, as this is a community I currently live in with my husband and our 4 children, 3 who currently attend Murchison Primary School. I have lived here most of my life, my family lives here and would love to be able to provide the Continuity of Care program to regional areas particularly the community I live in. By sharing, this post and the flyer below you are not only helping me get my name out as a student midwife, but helping me recruit women for the CEE Program which is an important requirement of my degree. By recommending me to your friends, or family and sharing this it allows me to gain first hand experience as a midwife and prepares me for once I graduate. If you yourself are pregnant, or you know of someone who is expecting and might be interested in the CCE Program please feel free to tag them also or contact me as per instructions on the flyer attached to this post. I did also notice I forgot to mention that I can travel to all Goulburn Valley, and places mentioned within the flyer - but I can also travel anywhere from Murchison down to Wallan and anywhere in between. 09.01.2022 It is with great sadness that we announce the loss of our beloved husband, father, poppy and friend, Garth Thompson. He will be in our hearts and thoughts forever. I would like to take this time to sincerely thank those who have sent cards, flowers, messages and popped into see us. It has meant a lot to me and my family as we mourn the loss of my husband and best friend.... I apologise for not respond to each of you personally, but please know that each note has given me comfort at this difficult time. On Monday 7th September we farewelled Garth, he would have been happy at the end when we all said cheers with a Great Northern!! We will endeavour to organise a date in the near future where we can all come together and celebrate a great man and have a beer.
