Weightlifting is a hard sport to learn online or remotely. Having an in person coach is important to getting immediate feedback to fix your technique. It's hard to make changes and improve your total without instant 1:1 coaching. Ok, I'll tell you the cue for @kaibaldwin lift in this photo. "Pull up, not back".
