12.01.2022 Our service will not be held at the Oatley Public School tomorrow! If you'd like to join us we will be doing home church at 2 Arunta Close, Bangor. Kicking off at 10am, continuing our Keep Calm Series and finishing with a BBQ lunch! We hope you'll be able to make it - even with the change! Bless you all!

08.01.2022 Hi Riverside, and those who have faithfully and graciously followed us. As the majority of you would know, Riverside has ceased meeting together. We had our celebration service to close this chapter of God's work through us and have headed out on an adventure to find further fellowships to worship within. I'm so excited though that many from Riverside have continued to maintain our homeless ministry; MAD for Homelessness, under the leadership of Jackie Blue! Jackie has been... passionate about MAD ever since she was invited by a friend to check us out and since then has regularly and faithfully attended and now taken leadership responsibility. Jackie will be supported by a leadership team and will never be alone in this venture and I will be prayerfully watching from a distance. So many individuals and organisations have wonderfully contributed to MAD, so we continue to uphold it in prayer and support it financially to help those who are struggling in life and find themselves on various degrees of homelessness. 06.01.2022 This is a clip we watched to conclude our 'Different' series in January. Father Greg Boyle is the director of Homeboy Industries. He works with ex-gang members in LA showing them a different way of life. God calls us to be in the world but not of it and to be transformed by the renewing of our minds. Father Boyle displays a different way to live and partners with God to make a difference in so many lives.

05.01.2022 MAD is heading out again tonight! We'll be joined by Danebank High School and a bunch of amazing volunteers! Thank you Charlie Waghorn for folding and packing the trailer with all the goods we hand out and Renee and Fiona for their shopping effort! MAD has been reaching out from Riverside to the homeless for over eight years now...you're an amazing bunch of people and we have an amazing God who empowers and motivates us! Thank you to everyone involved.
