22.01.2022 Men From Earth | Rest in Peace single available now includes 2 tracks, a cappella version and remix: Spotify https://spoti.fi/3oFoqPW iTunes https://apple.co/3jCiljD Watch Rest in Peace official https://youtu.be/GJlkMxZi8cY Learn more about Riversong Music's environmental art projects http://www.riversongmusic.com/environ...... The Rest in Peace lyric video features the Frankland River Forests in takayna, lutruwita (Tarkine, Tasmania) on the north west coast of Tasmania, Australia. A wild landscape, home to Australia’s largest tract of temperate rainforest, which dates back to the ancient supercontinent, Gondwana. Riversong music acknowledges Tasmanian Aborigines as the traditional owners of the island lutruwita (Tasmania). This environmental art project was filmed on the lands of the Takayna people, and honours those old people, the Tasmanian Aboriginal community of today and their Elders. 19.01.2022 Solid Rock (Puli Kunpungka) Stronger Now was recorded for the 30th Anniversary of Solid Rock in 2012, but never released. With the close of the climb today,... it seems timely. Uluru-cultural integrity restored. Respect to Anangu. The track features special guests Dan Sultan, Emma Councillor - Donovan, Natalie Paapaa, Archie Roach, Bart Willoughby, Amy Saunders, Myra Howard as well as the APY Lands Choir singing the Pitjantjatjara translation by Trevor Adamson and Ruby James. 19.01.2022 Good thought....
18.01.2022 We grieve the loss of takayna forests as we hear of logging happening right now at Que River. Our short film by Melissa Black Music shows the incredible country that is takayna. Industrial logging of native forests must end around the world, especially after all we have lost from fire and drought. Lend your voices to the forests and eco systems that sustain the health of our world, to protect them and care for them for generations to come

10.01.2022 We were in the audience at Concert for Life in 1992. The band that really stood out for me on the day was Crowded House, they were remarkable. Step back in time today at midday for Australian Music legends INXS.
10.01.2022 If you agree that we need to stop logging native forest please share and donate, thanks
09.01.2022 The ancient rainforests of takayna / Tarkine are under attack. Without our immediate intervention, the largest temperate rainforest in Australia, the second largest on Earth, will be bulldozed and burnt, piece by piece, and replaced with monoculture plantations. Make a pledge to help support our forest defenders.
09.01.2022 Thinking of our friends in the US, wishing for peace and harmony
