Leo has been very patient with Miss S and will be used as the dog of her choice for her first venture into the junior handlers ring. Of course a great moving dog will gate correctly doesn't matter who's on the lead, if there's even a lead!

20.01.2022 That trip is one of the hardest you will ever make. We only wish our babies just one day don't wake from their sleep as it is so much easier when they go like that but it is far better to take them in for a green dream than see them lost well before their time to tragedy. We've lost loved furkids to all three situations and all are dearly missed, no matter how their story ended.

20.01.2022 Sharing from another group because this shows why hip scoring in siberians is not a requirement for the breed. Ranking the 6th LEAST likely to suffer from Hip Dysplasia. WHICH BREEDS ARE MOST (AND LEAST) LIKELY TO HAVE HIP DYSPLASIA? Is hip dysplasia a "large breed" disease? No!... As you can see in these charts, the two breeds with the highest frequency of HD are the Bulldog and the Pug. On the other hand, HD is rare in some very large breeds, including the Greyhound, Saluki, and Borzi. Why? The breeds MOST likely to have HD are not necessarily large, but they are HEAVY for their size. The breeds LEAST likely to have HD might be large, but they are lean. 09.01.2022 A huge Happy 13th Birthday to our handsome Wahya "Supreme Champion Desaran Magic N Moonlite" He has surprised us by making it to his teens as we really didn't expect him too as the years are taking their toll on his body and mind. Wahya is the oldest Desaran Siberian left to our knowledge but we wish a heavenly birthday to his brother Chief "Supreme Champion Desaran Redmoon Rizing". Together these boys founded the next generation of Desaran dogs and in turn our Riversrun babies. Happy Birthday to their siblings wherever they may be, Kateri Shadow Goshe

04.01.2022 We recently brought a Orion pan and tilt surveillance camera from Bunnings Warehouse Australia so we can see what the puppies get up to when we aren't home and over night. Toys have been destroyed of late and now we know who the culprits are! Tonight we headed out for dinner and checked in on them while waiting for our meals, the video is what I came in on. Nova is such a ratbag and the older kids are so tolerant of her. Plans are in place to set one up in the whelping box so we can check in on the babies as they grow

01.01.2022 It is with great sadness that we make this announcement, the opposite to what we would love to advise everyone... Unfortunately our long awaited and carefully planned litter has not come to fruition. Taya had an ultrasound today and no babies could be found. We do have future plans, however, at this stage we won't be having any new puppies coming into our own lives so cannot fulfill any other homes either. Everyone who has applied thus far will continue to stay on our wait...ing list and when we have our next confirmed pregnancy you will be notified. If you do find another breeder who is able to make your dreams come true please inform us if you would like to be taken off the wait list. We do hope you will stay in touch and continue to build a relationship with us as your breeders. See more

01.01.2022 Our daddy daughter duo are actually entered in a show Nova "Riversrun Butterfly Kisses" has skipped over minor and puppy and will be 1 year and 4 days old by time the show comes round but hey at least she sees another show this year! Leo "Ch Desaran Charmed and Dangerous" unfortunately won't finish his Supreme Championship this year like we planned and will celebrate his 8th birthday before the show but the old boy still looks good and if all goes well (aka if... covid goes away) he should be retired early next year.
