Join Mike on his daily run around the site for a better understanding of the scale of the site as Mike starts at the Garfield Road end and continues the tour right through the Main Site at Riverstone and up to Vineyard which is now Western Storage. Enjoy the ride as Mike talks shop, current availabilities, visits tenants, gives some press up training a few giggles and finally ends up back on the Main Site at Smooth Blend Café for a delicious coffee.

03.01.2022 Almost every day for the last 2 years, I've walked past Gerry Duyvestyn in his workshop here. The normal exchange of pleasantries/banter/tongue-in-cheek abuse (!) would occur. It wasn't until a month ago I noticed him holding a lamp while working underneath one of his beautiful cars. Made me think. Fast forward to today and here's Gerry and Rhys wearing the same Petzl headtorch I use for night running. And from my end, absolutely no strings attached. Just pleased to have them here in Riverstone Business Park. And happy to be living for, and in, the moment.
