24.01.2022 Scam callers are at it again - apparently - so just hang up! I unplugged our home phone 2 years ago because 100 calls out of 101 were from scammers. It was pea...ceful. I dont know where our home phone is any more! I left a recorded message saying we were no longer answering it, but to leave a message. I get an alert on my phone if there is one, and once every six to eight months I get to ring a genuine caller back! Sadly, they have found my mobile number. Took them a while, but two days in a row I have had them call and ask me about the car accident I had earlier this year - apparently they want to sue someone on my behalf. Just hang up! Stay safe out there. See more

Normally held in June, the event was postponed due to r...estrictions earlier in the year. Due to the uncertainty of the event going ahead we have had fewer entries this year but congratulate all artists who where able to create a piece for the exhibition. We were very fortunate to have Chris Meadows judge for us and open the exhibition. Also, a huge thank you to the Clare & Gilbert Valleys Council and the Hutt Street Project for donating to the event enabling us to still have prizes in a year that we did not seek sponsorship. 17.01.2022 Closure of the Riesling Trail from 10 November to 10 December at Quarry Road bridge Please note that the Riesling Trail will be closed at Quarry Road bridge fro...m Tuesday 10 November until Tuesday 8 December. The existing bridge will be removed and a wider bridge installed 4 weeks later. For road traffic, Quarry Road will be blocked either side of the bridge from 9am to 3pm on Tuesday 10 November to remove the existing bridge. Four weeks later, on Tuesday 8 December, this section of Quarry Road will be blocked from 9am to 3pm to install the new bridge. If travelling north from Sevenhill, leave the trail via the track to the right just before Quarry Road, then travel west on Quarry Road (under this bridgeway) to Horrocks Highway. Travel north on Horrocks Highway and return to the Riesling Trail via the Clare Showgrounds opposite the Visitor Information Centre (corner of Spring Gully Road). See more
