20.01.2022 To our wonderful Kindy Community, I write to inform you that at the completion of the 2018 school year the Riverton Willetton Kindergarten Ind. will be closing its doors after 37 years of operation. It has been a decision not lightly made and the Brennan/Phillips family have spent much time deliberating over this final decision. ... We thank the community for their loyalty and custom since 1982 and value all the wonderful relationships we have made and feel privileged to have shared your childs developmental journey. We are sorry to disappoint you and hope that you find a suitable place for your child in the community in the new year and for your children in the future. The kindy will run as normal until the end of this year and the teaching and learning will not be compromised in any way. We will be celebrating the history of the kindy in the warmer months and we will inform you accordingly. From all the staff and the Phillips family we wish you well. My praises of this not for profit organisation is endless. They have a helpline too for those wanting some practical advice from experienced nurses and mothers.

15.01.2022 Here are a few photos, from Term two, of the activities and experiences our kindy children get to engage in. We love kindy. Kindy is a dynamic place where children are constantly building on multiple layers in their development. The simple act of clicking together a construction game shows problem solving, concentration, perseverance, fine motor skill, creativity, taking instruction, maths, science, design, language...the list goes on.
