Please take this seriously and if anyone is found disregarding this simple rule, you will be asked to leave the pool area and you will be breached. 06.01.2022 Frequently touched surfaces cleaning Currently gate handles, gate buttons, fob readers, pool locks, handrails, light swithes in common areas are cleaned and sanitised everyday. Please clean your own door handles regularly. We have been advised by several tradies that their employees are required to conduct more strict precautions to protect customers and themselves. They will... communicate with tenants/owners to confirm the health status before entry; pre and post hand sanitising; wear PPE when appropriate. 03.01.2022 Switch Boards Replacement The notice has been dropped underdoor last week, but still have some calls regarding this issue. Post the notice here just in case you haven't read it. The main switch board will be replaced today and tomorrow between 6am and 6pm. This work will involve the loss of all site power intially for a period intended to be about 1.5hours. After that, the site will be powered by a generator until the replacement has been completed. A series of rolling, rand...om outages typically of up to half an hour each will occur throught this period without warning. Sub boards will be replaced on the dates listed below. Lex Elextrix will require access to the switchboard inside your unit for testing. There is no set time for access.
