25.01.2022 Riverview Service Centre has been severely affected by the "one-in-100-year" river overflow that has affected Camden Haven area. The surging mass of river overflow from the Camden Haven Inlet means that there is little hope of saving our Shell Riverview Service Station, which has been tirelessly servicing the Port Macquarie region for over 30 years. We have lost everything and assistance of any kind seems far away. We now face the arduous task of repairing and restoring our b...usiness so that we can start serving our beloved community again. It is with a heavy heart that we ask for you to please help us in our efforts to clean up and recover from this devastation. We are hoping to be back in business by the end of the week, and we have already started the cleaning and restoration process. All we ask from you is to come and visit us and keep our motivation and business going so that we can rise up from our debts, save local jobs and continue servicing the local community with a smile. 04.01.2022 Riverview Service Centre is OPEN. We are now open and running as normal. Our fuel pumps are 100% operational. Our convenience store is restocked with 100% new stock and we are eagerly awaiting your patronage. Come by next time you’re in the area and ask for a free fresh barista-style coffee when you refuel. 03.01.2022 Riverview Service Centre is reopening tomorrow. Thanks to the generous support of the local community, Port Macquarie-Hastings Council, and all the available trades companies who helped us get back on our feet in record time. We can officially reopen our doors to the general public with all the necessary approvals by mid-day tomorrow. All fuel and convenience store items will be available for purchase as per normal. We are trying our best to continue to serve the community a...nd protect local jobs as much as we can. Please be patient with us for the next week or so if we do happen to find some glitches in our operations. Please call in to our service centre and help us to restart our local business successfully. We have taken on a huge cost with additional mortgages and loans to rebuild our beloved shop and we cannot express enough how appreciative we are of all your support and generosity.
