The business comes with a 23 year lease 17 self contained holiday units , a recreation room, play ground, inground swimming pool a bistro/ conference room with a full commercial kitchen . The main home consists of 4 bedrooms with a 2 bedroom unit in the back yard that could be used as a holiday unit if required. 20.01.2022 We had the privilege of accommodating Dandenong CIU cycling club and the Hudson Institute for the Murray to Moyne bike relay. Dandenong club have been raising money for the children's ward at the Dandenong hospital for the last 7 years or so. Raising approximately $80,000. Great causes and great job guys and girls!! 19.01.2022 Hi everyone, i would just like to clarify our booking system if you go through the booking sites, ie booking.com, expedia etc you will get charged the full amount at the time of your booking. We have a channel manager that controls our online bookings, called Useross (Arra- Budget) , so when you book and put your credit card details in , Useross charge your card . The advertising that booking.com etc use does not apply to some motels us being one of them . I have had many... conversations with these sites to make sure that our policy is clear and none of that " book now pay later" advertising is shown, but it is hard to get it changed, they claim that its in the special conditions and fine print and customers should read it . So in a nut shell , book direct to the motels and save this problem, and booking direct with us you wont get charged a credit card or " financial fee" . Happy Days
