07.01.2022 Recently caught up with Isobel Ross from Peak Performance Coaching about my latest mound Sugarloaf hill repeats. 178km 33hr 30min It was what is more commonly known by road riders as an Everesting Challenge, I think it will catch on, at least I'm hoping it will catch on with more trail runners. Find a segment or make one, run up and down until you reach the equivalent in elevation as Mt Everest, must be a continuous effort, so once you start don't stop, and no sleep allowed.
