23.03.2022 This beautiful whittley 2800 was in for repairs the day before the long weekend It over heated last time it was getting flushed out on the muffs After inspection we found a plastic water fitting broken causing air to come into the water system when flushing the engine out We removed the leg & replaced the broken plastic fitting We also replaced the water impeller at the same time and he was good to go for the Easter long weekend

09.03.2022 It’s really important that you check your sea strainers regularly This customer came in as his engine was overheating past 5 knots The sea strainer was full of sand And water impeller was also missing 50% of its blades We removed the raw water pump and pressure tested for leaks ... Fitted a new impeller cleaned everything out And he is good to go for another 12 months See more
