25.01.2022 FYI we have a broken pipe on the main line and have a plumber on site. We urgently need to turn the water off in order to fix.

19.01.2022 Today, was a busy day! We got the pine trees removed from the visitor car park area. Not because we didn't like the shade, but because of the continued damage they cause our drains. We'll be replacing with more suitable trees ASAP. Thank you for moving your vehicles so that this important work can be done.

15.01.2022 Our new Electrical Mains switchboard. Pretty swanky huh? AND not to mention that it will increase our combined electrical safety! Woo!

13.01.2022 New trees planted yesterday to replace the pine trees. This was required due to the Pine Tree's destructive roots on our communal plumbing areas.

12.01.2022 We're replacing the lift in our building can you believe it was originally installed for action in 1967??? That's 53 years of service to our community! Here is the timeline of photos to demonstrate the overall process being taken

10.01.2022 Dear Owners & Occupiers, I will be commencing a number of renovations to my unit from Wednesday 18 October 2017. The renovations will take approx. 6 to 8 weeks to complete. 10.01.2022 Jewlz came to visit and has brought her country green thumbs wth her! We've gone from white and no flowers to colour and flowers! These are babies and with some continued TLC they'll be large and happy! Thx to Sophie for helping to move the white pots to outside and Brenda (in advance) for the TLC. Xxx

09.01.2022 New lift parts arrive today! Thanks Mac for your photography and seeing that everything goes smoothly! Who would have thought our lift was originally installed in 1967?? That's an impressive 53 years of service to our Riviera community!!!

09.01.2022 Wow! What a beautiful sunset, and gorgeous new grass we have out the front (no more mud of our feet)! In these winter rainy days, it’s always great to read a good book. Remember our mini library is located downstairs next to car park. Drop off your latest read and pick up a new one! Thanks as always to Mac and the rest of the Committee team!

01.01.2022 It has been a long road, but our Executive Committee finally have negotiated a new path with North Sydney Council (which hopefully won't turn into a swimming pool) out the front. A massive thank you to Mac Jacob who tirelessly fought for this improved infrastructure! Doesn't it look great?!?
