18.01.2022 Hi Folks, 9 more sleeps to go. School holidays have started with Riviere, Golden Beach and Caloundra buzzing with excited holiday makers. Great weather that we hope will continue though hopefully rain will soon fall where needed.... Attached images show 2 new coffee business that have added to the Golden Beach shopping scene. Both a bit unique with New Earth being Organic and The Little grocer specializing in organic foods while having a coffee shop set up. All reports are very positive. The third image was the beach taken this morning. Michelle & I take the opportunity to wish you all a very Merry & Safe Xmas and best wishes for 2020. Regards Brian & Michelle.

13.01.2022 Hi folks, winter is gone and what magic weather we have experienced these last 2 months. Lots of long term stayers from southern states and New Zealand escaping their colder climates while experiencing all the Sunshine coast has to offer. We extended our winter special of stay 4 weeks and pay for 3 into August resulting in a 91% occupancy, and could be doing the same in 2020? The very popular Caloundra music festival in the second week of the September school holidays is res...ulting in accommodation being in demand, if interested in a minimum 5 night stay then please contact us. We have a new coffee shop in the Golden Beach shopping center proving to be very popular "New Earth Coffee". and along with all the other establishments providing a great selection for the coffee and dining fraternity. 04.01.2022 Hi folks, nearly the middle of winter and temperatures still in the 20's, lovely full moon last Monday and some good bream being caught in the passage. Vacancies still available for the second week of the school holiday's though filling up fast. regards... Brian & Michelle See more
