We are returning to real life at Joynton Avenue Creative Centre with an open afternoon of creative activities, dj sets and bevvies. There’ll be drop-in workshops suitable for all experience levels presented by Joynton Avenue's creative residents including Red Room Poetry, Other Worlds Zines, The Bench, Melissa Katherine Photography, The Story Mil...l and yours truly @therizzeria. 05.01.2022 WORKSHOP + OPEN STUDIO + COVID UPDATE Hi there everyone, we hope you are all doing as best as you can. Obviously, with this pickle Sydney is in right now, our print studio is closed. We will open back up just as soon as we can. ... If you have a booking for the July workshop we will be in contact after the lockdown via email to discuss our plans. Open Print sessions are cancelled until we know more. However, we anticipate some printing can be done by our volunteers soon after the lockdown, so we are accepting projects to print for you. Check out our Teaser Riso offer or email us with your project ideas. Turnaround times are not predictable though. Timely, we will also launch an online Learn-to-Riso package very soon. This was conceived during the last lockdown, and followed on from our online classes. The package will give allow people who have accessibility issues, live in regional areas, or are stuck in a lockdown to learn how riso printing works, ask questions, send us their files and get their own first project printed. In the meantime, please look after yourselves while you are at home and stay creating. It helps. .
