25.01.2022 Meet Es, - An absolute energiser bunny, good time and member of the rizzfitness Peach pod. - This is what she had to say about where she was, and where she is now since training with me. ... - Es has lost over 5kg since training with me, and is a couple kilos away from her goal weight. - The biggest physical change is obviously the body fat and her bum growing, she actually has a bum now which is something she couldn't say before. - The biggest internal change is her confidence and how she feels better in her own skin. - Es works super hard, works as a manager at a popular restaurant, so if anyone has an excuse to eat burgers its her, but she eats balanced, tracks calories, and kills it, week in, week out. - Thanks for your commitment Es, and thanks for agreeing to do the video, on the spot. 22.01.2022 Happy doggy daddy. - I bought this dog because I wanted a companion, someone to give and experience unconditional love with. - Shes already shat on the carpet, pissed on me, we've napped, I'm all about it. ... - Thanks for letting me be your doggy daddy lulu, here's to endless puppy photo spam and you eating all my belongings. 22.01.2022 One of the most simple, yet effective way to illustrate fat loss is a graph. - If you know how, I suggest you do it and see how far you've come, its really humbling and exciting at the same time. - My client Brad, had done an excellent job of shredding kgs, over a 6 month period he lost 20 kg, an impressive number, but graphed doesn't look too crazy, so it's important we understand we need to look at fat loss as a trend, Brad had weeks where his weigh spiked, and dropped..., its important we don't look at the spikes and validate them, just understand them as part of the process. - Looking at the bigger picture, you can see why thats important, fat loss takes ages, isn't always linear, so freaking out about spikes will only mess up the short term progress. - Lots of love See more

22.01.2022 It doesn't get much more straight forward than this. - I've been getting countless dms lately about my coaching services, their inclusions and everything in between. - I'm a pretty straight forward bloke and run a straight forward service. ... - Enjoy. See more

21.01.2022 Christmas gifts thanks @vanessalouise01 - New shirt, new hat, who dis

20.01.2022 I'm firm but fair. - Being brought up the way i did, around drug and alcohol abuse, absent parents, poor health decisions and having to pull myself out of it, from a young age, I'm firm but fair when it comes to self improvement. - My personal belief is if a 16 year old kid can take accountability to hit the gym 4x a week for a year and then his whole life, so can you. ... - Mind you I am human, so I have made my excuses, I'm no angel, but what this post is, is an invitation to look inside and call yourself on your bullshit, whatever it was this week. - Hope you're all well, and have a great weekend. - Much love Rizz xx See more

20.01.2022 Every day I have what people inbox me, message me about coaching, these are everyday people interested in personal training or coaching, because like you and I, they need guidance and accountability to achieve their health and fitness goals. - 90% of these these people don't respond when I call or text in response to their message, 95% don't show up, out of that 5% that show up i end up coaching 4% of those people. - The question I have for those 96% of people is "if not ...now, then when". Maybe you didnt message me, but you've probably messaged a coach before, and you've probably pulled out, or pulled out of a promise you made yourself. The truth is you need, and deserve help, I don't care who you get it off, but the fact is you should receive some. - Because last week you said you would, you've been talking about making a change, following a program, getting stronger, getting leaner, treating your body with respect. Being an inspiration to your family, for taking your health into your own hands, but you haven't pulled the trigger. - So are you going to keep saying tomorrow, or are you actually going to pull through with it? 20.01.2022 50 kg seated calf raises. - Peach pod makes strong women, stronger. - 1 more person left to redeem the 50% the first week of pods available. ... - Pod training is a training style unique to rizzfitness. - Half the price of 1v1 training, but with all the inclusions of 1v1, like a program, diet, photos, check ins. 14.01.2022 Just trying my breast, everyday. - 5 things you didnt know about me. - I had countless pets growing up, mostly mice, but homing pigeons, ducks, chickens, dogs, cats. ... - I played soccer for 8 years, and loved being a goalkeeper, because it was a position I could assert my size without getting redcarded. Before every game I had the worst anxiety, because I felt like the games result was my responsibility. - My first car was a 4 door Dihatsu Charade, it had no boot space, only 2 sub woofers my friend @y0ungy6 helped me install. - I love my car and car audio, as its my safe space. - I know the lyrics to more songs than I can remember, if that makes sense. 12.01.2022 Keep it simple stupid. - Sleep 8 hours. - Exercise 3-5 hours a week.... - Use weights. - Eat mostly whole foods. - Rest when you're sore. - Get some sun. - Do some cardio. - Repeat until you die See more

12.01.2022 I'm proud of you little man. Youre doing it right.

12.01.2022 I've been frothing on my twitter posts lately because they're simple and effective at conveying an opinion or view, without being too fancy. - I don't know if you've ever tried learning a new language, its tough, really tough. - Sometimes you don't want to even pronounce the fuckery you see before you, as you'll risk potential embarrassment from the butchering of words that ensues. ... - However, if you want to learn you must attempt. The language isn't going to learn itself. - A common theme i see with my clients is that when they don't know what's in the food, they use it as an excuse to not track their intake, defs up there with one of the shittest excuses on record. - So much like the anxiety that surrounds pronouncing a new word, a new food item can have the same effect when we try to track it. Guilt, shame, embarrassment ensue. - So the message for today, is just have a go, just try, its all learning, its all fun, there's no right or wrong. - Oh and TRACK YOUR FING CALORIES YOU BANANAS. - LOTS OF BLOODY LOVE YOU MALAKAS. 11.01.2022 Never underestimate the power of a daily walk. - Clear your mind, I look at it much like meditation, gives you space to allow the mind to declutter. - Encourage a healthy cardiovascular system. ... - Burn some extra calories. - Allow your appetite to regulate itself, I always find i eat better, when I walk vs when I don't. Most, if not all my clients are the same. - Get some vitamin D, which most of us with the nature of our work, don't get, myself included. - Do it with a friend to get some healthy social time in, especially if you find yourself purely drinking or eating with friends, and not doing physically healthy stuff together. - Happy Sunday everyone. 10.01.2022 I used to always smile in photos, or do stuff to impress or people please, because I felt like if I didn't smile, people would think I'm grumpy, or unhappy. - These days, im starting to just care about pleasing myself, and when I do that right, the rest works itself out. For some people its learning to smile more, for some its learning you don't always have to. Horses for courses. - Hope you're all having a lovely day. The sun is shining, im alive, its all good.

10.01.2022 Its simple, call the person you know to be your number one supporter today, and tell them thank you.

09.01.2022 From the bottom to the top of the pyramid of nutrition. - Adherence is number ground zero, if you can't adhere to the diet, its not doable for the long term and therefore, not doable at all. - 1. Calories, as energy in and energy out is the biggest determinant of weight loss vs gain. ... - 2. Macro breakdown, how much fat, protein and carbohydrates are in the calories you're eating. - 3. Meal timing, crucial for digestion, satiety, lifestyle, and results, protein synthesis. - 4. Meal frequency, how many meals a day youre eating. - 5. Supplements, last and certainly should be least, as all the other steps need to be nailed first before you tackle supplementation. See more

09.01.2022 Your friendly thursday reminder. - Hey hi hello, how are ya? - I'm swell thanks for asking. ... - Did you know, that as long as you're in a true calorie deficit, you'll drop fat. - So no matter how you choose to skin the cat, it comes down to one thing, calorie deficit. - So moving forward, it would be an amazing idea for you to download a calorie tracking app like my fitness pal, figure out what calories you need to eat to be in a deficit, and apply that deficit for an extended period of time. - If you're not dropping weight either you're not in a true deficit, you're under estimating the foods you're eating, or you haven't waited long enough so see results, simple as that. - Hope you're all well. - With love, Rizz xx See more

09.01.2022 Gonna ruffle some feathers but it is what it is. - Everyone that looks good, feels good, is following some sort of regiment whether they know it or not. - The basics for me, sleep 7+ hours, bed and rise time are the same daily, food intake is similar each day give or take 500 calories, walking daily or every other day, training 5 days a week, no exceptions (injuries obviously). ... - Unless you're following some regimented lifestyle already, I know setting a challenge for yourself or a goal beyond your capabilities is going to be problematic for you. - You might not have what it takes now, but trust the process and get better at the daily tasks, get better at adhering and before you know it the body of your dreams will be very, very achievable. - With love, Rizz xoxo See more

08.01.2022 Fuck i look good. - Its taken 28 years to be able to day that with confidence and mean it, what a vibe. - Imagine working on a project for 12 years, and people judging you for dressing it how you want, or being proud of it. Weird, but best believe me, this post will run some the wrong way, I say fuck em, always. ... - I was a 110 kg at 16 y.o with severe anxiety, and self medicated with food, movies, music to escape my feelings and shitty home life. I had terrible self esteem, that's why exercise and using it as a tool to boost your self confidence is so key for me and my clients. - So if you think you look good, or if buying shoes to match your top makes you feel like you're hot shit, I say rock it. Nobody will ever love you as much as you can love yourself, and just for today, I'm in love with myself, and its the best feeling being able to say that. - With love, Rizz xx See more

07.01.2022 Do not take yourself too seriously, I repeat, do not take yourself seriously. - I've been thinking about how there's close to 7 billion of us, and yet if I died tomorrow, it might fuck with your day, week, month, year, but after that, you would move on. - So don't sweat the small shit, breathe through the hard bits and build the best life you possibly can. ... - Today I worked 3 hours and spent the rest of the with the people I care about, I trained I walked I spent time with lulu. - End of last year I was working 15 hour days and breaking my back for clients who are now gone, sometimes you've gotta step back beyond the goals the ambitions, the serious shit and live your best life. - Love yas See more

07.01.2022 Yeah the girls! - 6am project peach pod, going off without a hitch, collectively these girls have lost over 20 kg with me, how good. - They all hate this exercise, its called a Nordic hamstring curl. ... - Great for hammies and glutes, but doesn't take your hammies through a full range of motion, so shouldn't be used as a main exercise for building those areas. - Great to do with a partner, I've got a video on how to set it up solo if you like too down in my feed. - Happy training. 07.01.2022 The hakkuh, otherwise known as hakken or gabber, is a rhythmical dance performed to high bpm eletronic dance music. - The people in this photo, look as though they are performing this exact dance, in a park, in cronulla, however they are not. - Theyre actually doing "high knees" an exercise designed to increase your heart rate by repetitively lifting your knees to your hip height and then dropping them down.... - Collectively, these peeps minus Justin (husbands and friends do hiit saturdays for free with rizz) have lost around 16 kg in 2 months or less. - Better yet, they do it with a smile, better yet, they all can enjoy a coffee with me afterwards, better yet, lunch. - I'm a massive believer in community, today after the free training session, we all got coffee, talked shop, then after 40 mins, got lunch, making it 3 hours of hang time, with my clients, but more importantly, friends. - Week in week out these people trust me with their health, follow my system, and give me their hard earned money, week in week out, I show up and give them my best coaching abilities. We talk, we bond, and its one of the biggest reasons why I love my career, the people, the trust, the relationships. - P.s. check out the car in the background whadda beauty. - Anyway, that's my saturdays these days, what an absolute blessing, being able to hang out with your supporters and to support them in return with your knowledge and time. 06.01.2022 Fix your Barbell Bench Press. - Few things, 1. You want to be stable to push the most amount of weight possible, so feet glued to the floor. -... 2. 4 points of contact, head, upper back, bum, feet, at all times. 3. Upper arm at 45 degrees. 4. Bar in line with your nipples, unless you've got really saggy nips. 5. Thumbs wrapped around the bar, don't use suicide grip, its called suicide grip for a reason. 6. Don't put clips on the bar, if you're benching alone, and fail a lift you won't be able to tip the weights off and save yourself. Thanks @nicdevlin_ for being such good help. See more

05.01.2022 In light of me fucking my back today, I thought why not put up a video on how to work with injuries. - Rule 1. Rest, rest, rest. As soon as you injure yourself, stop what you're doing, and do things that encourage recovery. Such as, R.I.C.E (rest, ice, elevate, compress, if need be) bed rest, sleep, active recovery such as light walking. - Rule 2. Do not train with resistance on that body part if It causes pain above a 3/10. ... - Rule 3. Once inflammation is down and pain has subsided, maybe 3-4 days depending of severity, you should commence training on that body part but with a weight that causes little to no pain or discomfort. - Rule 4. My personal favourite, go see a physio! - Fin. - Love yas, happy training ya stubborn bastards. See more

03.01.2022 Its broken, but let me fix it. - Now a massive problem i see is that people eat, whatever, whenever. - No structure to their eating, and therefore no direction, and with no direction youre going nowhere, fast.... - So what do we do? - Find a meal that you enjoy eating Monday- Friday and Saturday Sunday and make that part of your non negotiables, for me its fried eggs on toast, for you it may be different. - Now let's say you go out to breakfast you can still have your eggs on toast and stay on track, bonus right? - But let's say you have a meal you don't enjoy middle of the day, the key to staying on track is finding the basic elements of that meal and replicating them when you're on the move. - Steak, and sweet potato or Bolognaise, might become beef teriyaki and rice and bolognaise might become a steak sandwich. Either way, youre able to follow some sort of structure and therefore reduce the risk of blowing out your calories daily whilst eating foods you enjoy and being able to stay on track. - Food for thought. 02.01.2022 Discipline and consistency are my greatest teachers. - From now on this is a combination dog and fitness page. - Relying on lulu energy to inspire posts, just kidding. ... - In all seriousness, I'm so glad when I was 16 I made the commitment to myself to get in the gym and drop weight. - When I was kickboxing it helped there, when I was preparing for my photo shoot, it helped there. When I was building my fitness business, helped there, posting on social media, helps here. Not drinking or partying anymore, helped there. - The list goes on! - Who would expect the gym, would gift me such good life skills to look after myself, but also improve every area of my life, I certainly didn't, I just signed up to not be fat anymore. - So next time you want to quit your gym membership, want to skip a session, or not look after yourself, all those days, weeks add up, and last time I checked, you don't get them back. - So smash out your sessions, eat well, sleep well, work hard and see what you find on the other side.
