22.01.2022 Weekend well spent doing my favourite thing. Achaar time! Its an annual affair at home. Mango Pickle - We traditionally use ginger garlic paste heated with mustard seeds in Peanut oil. The other ingredients are - Salt, Turmeric, Red Chilli Powder, Mustard Powder and roasted Fenugreek Seeds powder.
