14.01.2022 haha finishing off our Beach Bootcamp on Sunday with a good old fashioned game of tug of war. Despite the weather making it like a 'military' styled bootcamp these legends still turned up and gave it their all, was such a great morning! Thanks all for your hard work

07.01.2022 Matt has been training with me for 7 weeks now! His attitude towards the gym makes this partnership flow so well allowing for him to progress on a consistent basis. He puts in the hard yards and my word it shows. Over the holiday period I was away for 2 weeks he stayed dedicated and followed his program strictly and his strength has sky rocketed. He is now doing sets of 10 reps on his dips all body weight!! He couldn't do one dip in assisted a few weeks ago. ... Proud of you brother. (Should have filmed in landscape haha)
