24.01.2022 Some more air fence cages 2 LH and 1 RH they are always machined to spec and bolt right on like all genuine Grey spares.

24.01.2022 Just packing up some rollers ready to ship. The ones on the left are under belt rollers for the tail out belts Part no 164 they allow the belts to easily carry the biggest flitches along. When they wear out or are missing everything has to work harder to overcome the friction. The rollers on the right are split return rollers Part no 156 they do several different jobs tracking, tensioning and carrying the belts. Good quality bearings keep them running for years and you can rebuild them.

10.01.2022 This is a replacement Grey Heavy Duty Off Bearer Roller. That’s only half the job I still need to make a Grey 5 air cylinder to go with it.

09.01.2022 Just finished a front bench roller hard chromed and ground 25 to 30 year life expectancy love it. The shaft comes with it and is replaceable. Hard chroming is available on all types of front bench rollers single or split.

09.01.2022 Just showing off one of my 2-1/2 air cylinders. I supply all cylinders including the air fence cylinder bank on the Grey Sawbenches. This cylinder is for the waste gate and is fitted with quick exhaust valves.

08.01.2022 My good old Ohtori bed mill running a 35mm drill through some air fence rollers . Did 20 of them.Fitted a digital readout to this machine a few years ago and I love it.
