22.01.2022 Demolition completed at 185 station st aspendale. Amazing structure of sand, cement and the reinforcement was old Victorian steel bed heads and frames- hope to never see this style of structure again! Surprised it lasted over 60 years, especially now we have discover it was built directly on the sand with no footings. Engineer now engaged to design new footings.

21.01.2022 Black flat coffee brewers cafe project moving along well. Floors have been ground and sealed.

21.01.2022 Edgewater tower bathroom renovation running well with in contract schedules. Demolition completed, plumbing re run bath installed. Now for plastering, wet seal, tiling, painting and plumbing fit off.

16.01.2022 Its official Ryan Kennedy has been granted commercial registration by the building practitioners board. Now licensed in domestic building unlimited and commercial low rise construction. 14.01.2022 RK constructions first dual licensed project. 185 Station Street Aspendale. Commercial license required to rebuild the old shop and residential license required for the second story extension soon to be added over the shop. Challenging but exciting times ahead.

04.01.2022 Edgewater tower bathroom renovation completed. Red Perspex feature panels changed to opaque toughened glass to help let natural light into this small apartment bathroom. Shower over bath- great for resale value in such a small space.
