17.01.2022 Notice: There will be no muay thai class tonight as Sensei and Assistant Instructor Olie are going to check out some mats that we may be ordering to replace the current mats (and the place is only open to 7.30). Eskrima and RKD Krav will still be on as normal.

17.01.2022 Today is the last day of parkour for the year! Sign up for term 1, 2021 will be open today. We are also looking at doing a parkour/games day in January. It will involve parkour, martial arts, general games, nerf wars, and there will be a chill out room with air conditioning and a video game setup for when kids need a break to cool down, and to chill out over lunch etc. It would run from 9am - 3pm on a Wednesday with late pick up available, all for $60. If you are interested let Sensei know - we need to get a minimum number of people to make it viable.

13.01.2022 Last Saturday in the weapons class we had our first look at single handed sword, before we move to dual sword later. This was combining dual hand with single hand.

12.01.2022 I was half joking when I said lightsaber classes were coming soon - I had some plans for an adults class but I seem to have sparked interest for kids! Given that it wouldn't be included in regular membership (like parkour classes currently), who would be interested in a term 4 lightsaber class, either kids or adults? (current members would get a discounted rate as they do for kids parkour).

12.01.2022 Kids sparring gear is in stock! The kit (gloves and shin guards) are $75, which is a $9 saving on separate retail price. All kids require sparring for sparring drills and of course, for sparring itself, though sparring itself is not compulsory until the higher belts.

11.01.2022 Our one off School Holiday Funday will be Wednesday the 20th of January! It will run 9am to 3pm with breaks in there for recess and lunch, with late pick up available. It will include parkour, martial arts, Nerf Wars and general games with an air conditioned chill out room with video games set up. The cost is $60 per child. We've had a number of people express interest, now we need confirmations as we need a minimum of 10 kids confirmed for it to be viable. Please let Sensei know ASAP if you want to attend. It is available to non-members as well so share it round though places are limited!

02.01.2022 Kids gradings are this Saturday for those kids who have done 3 progress checks. Please read the following carefully. The times below refer to a child's current belt, not the belt they are going for. Grading will start whether you are there or not; ensure you are early as children who are late will be unable to join the grading if it has already started. Grading is $25, please bring this in cash on the day or it can be paid during this week. Ensure that children have all sparring gear, weapons etc that they need for their grading with them. If you can't make the times below, or you are late or miss your grading time, you will need to organise a private grading at additional cost.
