22.01.2022 Parkour setup for today.

22.01.2022 OK guys, if you haven't heard, by government mandate there are no indoor community sport or group classes allowed until Tuesday next week, so we are effectively closed until then as we aren't allowed to teach. Again, go to the RKD ONLINE group and do one of the classes there to keep your skills up!

19.01.2022 Hi All, if you haven't heard as of midnight tonight we are allowed to teach group classes again. Masks are mandatory for anyone over 12, for another week at this stage. Kids Fun Day 14th July: if you are attending the kids fun day could you let Sensei know ASAP to finalise numbers.

14.01.2022 The RKD Parkour Fun Day is this Wednesday! If you signed up please ensure you have paid. The day will include martial arts, parkour, games, nerf guns, video games and lightsabers!!

10.01.2022 Two reminders today: (1) Parkour classes start next Friday for those enrolled. There are still some places left in both classes. The second class is a more advanced class so for anyone who has done the parkour before and wants a new challenge, this is the class for you (can anyone say backflips? ). Speak to Sensei to sign up $180 for the term, $135 for RKD members. (2) Today is sparring day for the kids so ensure they have their sparring kit with them. If you haven't bought one yet, sparring kit is available for $75, a saving of $9 off separate retail price.

03.01.2022 RKD MOVE Kids Parkour starts this Friday! There are still a couple of spots left particularly in the advanced class. So if you've done parkour previously, and want to learn to backflip, maybe give the advanced class a try! Speak to Sensei to sign up.

03.01.2022 Just a reminder that it is games day for all the kids today! Next Wednesday will be sparring class so please ensure you bring your sparring gear or get it if you haven't yet!

01.01.2022 Lightsabers have arrived and we are now taking enrolment for our Saber Knight Academy lightsaber classes in term 3. It will be 6pm Friday starting 24th of July and run for 10 weeks. Course is $300 with a lightsaber, $200 if you already have your own lightsaber. Places are limited as we have a limited number of lightsabers available, so first in get to choose their colours! Colours available are black hilt/red saber, silver hilt/green saber, and gun grey/blue saber. This class is not a kids class, though we will add a kids class in future terms.

01.01.2022 Our one off School Holiday Funday will be Wednesday the 20th of January! It will run 9am to 3pm with breaks in there for recess and lunch, with late pick up available. It will include parkour, martial arts, Nerf Wars and general games with an air conditioned chill out room with video games set up. The cost is $60 per child. We've had a number of people express interest, now we need confirmations as we need a minimum of 10 kids confirmed for it to be viable. Please let Sensei know ASAP if you want to attend. It is available to non-members as well so share it round though places are limited!
