25.01.2022 A New Bathroom for our little people! At a Kinder. Looks Great Thermostatic Valve in the Ceiling.

25.01.2022 Another day, another burst pipe. Had both sons on the job today. Using the jetter to dig around 5 other services to get to the burst pipe and then sucking out water and rubble with another attachment on the jetter.

20.01.2022 Concrete in for Anchor blocks. Valve assembly complete. Wait for Concrete to set to pressurised Fire Service.

18.01.2022 Old skylights and vent penetration on a office building roof. The flashing around the skylights had a build up of dirt around them causing the roof to rust out and leak. We removed the penetrations and put in dry tray covers with timber supports (for if if people walk on them) and re did the 4 roof penetrations in a way that they will not leak or have problems in the future.

17.01.2022 Another burst pipe. 1.5 mtrs deep. I was going to start digging with the shovel. Good move I had the excavator with me

05.01.2022 Urgent Call Out. Gas company fixed a gas leak on the meter then capped of the gas to the unit. We had to relocate HWS away from window and gas meter as the owner was without gas. But could have been without a House or had Carbon monoxide poisoning.

04.01.2022 The things you have to do these days to be compliant.

03.01.2022 Friday afternoon call out. A client with a damp wall. Was there in 1 1/2 hours. Removed 2 bricks to find this. We where spot on.... Problem fixed for the weekend. See more

03.01.2022 Just hired a little excavator for the Day for a small job.

02.01.2022 Friday lunch time I got a call for a burst pipe with the smell Of gas at a factory complex. Dig up and installed a patch on a 150mm water main that had burst. Directly under water main was the 50mm poly gas main. There was a 15mm hole in it, caused by burst fire service. Finished at Midnight.... Got a call Saturday Morning, The Gas Company said there is water in the consumer gas pipe! Oh S##T. Found water in gas main 6 mtrs above ground. Spend rest of day blowing water out of a 350mtr gas line. Sunday. Reconnecting gas lines and equipment ready for gas to be turned on. Problem with gas meter equipment so carnt get gas till Monday Morning. Photo 1 is a filter full of sand that got into gas line. Thanks Daniel Fisher for giving up your Friday night and all weekend to work on an emergency Job.
